SIA Door Supervision, SIA Topup and CCTV Course

SIA Door Supervisor assessed through 4 multiple-choice examinations and a practical assessment.

The Qualification consists of 4 main modules

Unit 1 – Woking with the Private Security Industry

Unit 2 – Working as a Door Supervisor

Unit 3 – Conflict Management for the Private Security Industry

Unit 4 – Physical Intervention Skills for the Private Security Industry

Requirements

This course will allow people to work within the Security Industry where they will learn how to undertake Physical restraint / intervention in a safe and competent manner. 

Reasonable Physical condition is required, please seek full advice on this before booking on this course.

Learners must be aged 18 or over.

Correct ID must be required as per SIA requirements.

CCTV Course 

This course will provide the required skills and knowledge for those who want to apply for an SIA licence and work as a CCTV operative.

The course has 3 mandatory modules. All candidates must pass all 3 units to achieve a Level 2 Award in CCTV operations.

The course is assessed through 2 multiple-choice examinations and a practical assessment.

Unit 1: Working in the Private Security Industry

Unit 2: Working as a CCTV Operator

Unit 3: Practical use of a CCTV

Requirements 

No specific requirement to start this course however need to have the capacity to read and write at literacy Level 2.

Learners aged 16 or over who wish to work as a CCTV Operative. However, a SIA licence cannot be applied for until the age of 18.

Correct ID must be provided as per SIA requirements.
